Title of post: Director of Operations (Full-Time)

Hours of work: 37.5 per week.
(Normal hours of work are Mon-Fri, but flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends as required).

Salary: £32-38k

Holiday: 25 days + 8 bank holidays
(Other benefits include free lunches during term time).

The Foundation seeks to recruit an experienced operations manager to be the key professional service staff-member within the 40-person staff-team. S/he would have a particular strength in Human Resources work, carry a major responsibility in overseeing the institution’s regulatory responsibilities and would work with colleagues in the handling of academic administration, property matters and financial oversight. S/he will be a key member of the Leadership Team and will report to, and be line-managed by, the Principal.
