THEOLOGY TASTER COURSE at Queen’s (May – June 2017)

The Centre for Discipleship and Theology (CDT) at Queen’s is pleased to announce the successful introduction of its Taster course in Theology.

The course is an opportunity for prospective students of Queen’s to gain study skills that will give them confidence for studying theology at Higher Education level. Participants will be offered a framework for studying Christian theology, ministry and mission in order to enable them to engage in critical thinking and theological reflection. There will be an emphasis on Black and Asian theology.

The sessions will be lively and interactive, and participants will be able to ‘taste’ life at Queen’s with staff and students on campus.   Participants will be encouraged to attend all sessions in order to maximize the opportunity of being equipped for HE study in the near future. The commitment for attendance will include two Saturdays (all day) and four consecutive Wednesday evenings. The £50 fee for all participants includes meals and refreshments.
