Research in the Graduate and Research Centre
The Centre aims to promote research in theology and post-graduate study that engages with and serves the mission and life of the Church. It does this through offering a range of higher degrees within a supportive environment for all those who wish to combine rigorous theological study with engaged and committed religious practice.

Study for a research degree.
As an associate institution of the University of Birmingham Graduate Institute for Theology and Religion, we are pleased to receive applications from intending research students. There are three research degrees which can be taken through the Queen's Research Centre.
- The M.Phil.(A) degree which can be taken over a period of 12 months full-time or 24 months part-time.
- The ThD degrees which is taken over three years full-time study or in six years part-time study. The programme involves taught elements alongside a 50,000 word thesis.
- The Ph.D. is taken in 3 years full-time study or 6 years part-time. There are no assessed taught elements to the programme; a student's work is assessed through writing an 80,000 word thesis.

Study, reflect, pray and relax in a supportive and friendly environment, and use the resources of an excellent library and where appropriate draw on tutorial support to aid your learning
