The Old Building: this houses the library and common room, IT suite and the George Bell Institute on the ground floor. The first and second floors are student study/bedrooms. All rooms have Janet broadband access, and on the top floor there is a kitchen and lounge for resident students.

The Wakefield Room (in memory of Gordon Wakefield, a former Principal and distinguished ecumenist and liturgist) accommodates 60+. Three seminar rooms are also available. Staff offices take up more than one staircase; student accommodation makes up the rest of the building, with new flats available which have three single bedrooms to a shared kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms.

The Administration block: on the ground floor are the kitchens and dining room (seating 100+); on the upper floor are offices for administrative staff and some academic staff, including the Principal.
