The Queen’s Foundation is a busy and growing organisation which is moving into a new phase of development and seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our Professional Services team.

Role

  • To manage the safe and efficient operation of the Foundation’s properties, infrastructure and campus services
  • To participate in the planning and delivery of development projects in these areas
  • To be the Foundation’s Health and Safety lead, responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in all matters in this area

The postholder will report to the Director of Operations but will carry a high level of responsibility for their area of work.

Hours

37.5 hours (full-time)

While office hours are usually between 9am and 5pm, this post requires flexibility for evening and weekend working, and on-call responsibilities.

Salary

£32,000-34,500
