We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible person to support the work of Registry by enrolling new students, creating, and maintaining student records, administering assessment submissions and marking processes, and assisting the Registry Manger in ensuring that data supporting regulatory returns is accurately entered to the database.

The ideal candidate will be educated to a good standard and have worked in a higher education setting. The postholder will be experienced in using a Virtual Learning Environment to administer assessments (preferably Moodle and Turnitin), and in using a database to administer student records.

The ability to work quickly and prioritise between tasks, responding to developing needs, is essential in this busy role. The postholder will need to be well-organised and proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, which enable them to deliver excellent service and support to students and staff alike.

Strong IT skills for Office 365 are a necessity, and experience in using a database would be a strong asset.
