Whether you are registering to the VLE only or to a specific course, on receipt of your initial registration, you will be allocated a link tutor who will contact you to discuss your registration and/or the study options open to you.

Whether you are registering for VLE access only or a specific course, we are unable to accept registration forms without full payment. If you require further information before registering, please see www.queens.ac.uk/twelve2 or contact twelve2@queens.ac.uk

– Bookings for all on-campus courses close 2 weeks before the course begins and booking for live, online courses close 1 week before the course begins (all subject to availability). Bookings for other online courses that you complete at your own pace will likely be rolling. For more details, see the Queen’s website.

– On rare occasions, in discussion with link tutors, it may be decided that particular courses are not appropriate for specific students. In such cases, refunds and/or credit transfers to other courses may be offered.

Please note that there is a 14-day cooling period after receipt of your acceptance, and you have the right to withdraw your registration during that period. A full refund will be given.
