The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
The promotion is not open to employees of The Queen’s Foundation, their family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with administering the giveaway.
Entry
To enter, you must submit a nomination via our Jotform form telling us who you would like to give the £60 voucher to and explain why (up to 100 words or a video of up to 30 seconds).
No purchase or payment is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Closing Date
Entries must be received by 01 December 2025 at 23:45.
Entries received after that date will not be considered.
Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random for every 50 valid entries.
Prize
The prize is a £60 “Gift of Theology” voucher, redeemable against any Queen’s Award short course.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The prize must be redeemed by the recipient within 4 months of issue.
Notification
The winner will be notified on 03 December 2025 by email.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, The Queen’s Foundation reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner.
Delivery
The voucher will be issued within 14 days of confirmation of the recipient’s details.
Substitution
The Queen’s Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
Data Protection
By entering, entrants agree to the collection, retention, and use of their personal data by The Queen’s Foundation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, personal data will be used solely for administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
Liability
The Queen’s Foundation accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except where it cannot lawfully exclude liability.
Winner Publicity
Consent for publicity will be obtained via the question included on the entry form:
“After the winners are contacted privately, Queen’s will make an announcement via our channels (including social media), which may contain the first names of the winners and recipients and a summary or excerpt from the winning entries. If you win a free voucher, do you agree to part of your entry being shared as described above?”Only entrants who provide explicit consent will have their information shared publicly.
Cancellation or Modification
The Queen’s Foundation reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Queen’s Foundation may refuse entry or prize claims if these terms are breached.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
